Bad Service, and non disclosure of spare keys

Very disappointed by the lack of service I have received from this dealership. They sold me car with no spare key and did not disclose this fact until after I bought and paid for the car. When bringing the matter up with them they advised they pay R3000 towards this however after speaking to BMW a new key costs R7400. I tried to call and speak to a manager but no one answers the phone or gets back to you. Beene waiting the manager Ayesha to call me back for over a week . They also advised it will take 21 days to do car registration which seems extremely long! Would definitely not recommend this place!
