Not jumping through hoops

Buying this E Cigarette was the worst decision I've made in a long time. Within a month after buying it, the battery started giving problems. Due to work pressures, I only managed to take it back to the shop on the 31st of January 2015. I got it back on 16 February. On the 17th it became evident that the battery was not fixed or replaced. Graham phoned and asked me to take it back to the shop again because he can't remember what he did or what was wrong with it. Unfortunately we got in an argument because Graham insists that the battery will not be replaced until he has looked at it (AGAIN).
