Poor workmanship and supply of **** products

Went to repair my damaged screen for my phone. Was aprounced in a very enthusiastic way and was ensured my phone will be fixed in less than a day. I thought its unbelievable repair time and willingly agreed to leave it for repair. I came back 4 hours later to collect my phone and as agreed it was fixed. I paid R1200 for the service. When I got home the volume button worked indicating the increase or decrease of the phones volume but I could hear no change so they messed that up. The evening I went to bed and the next morning prepared for work putting the phone in my pocket. When I took it out the screen was cracked in the exact same place. Not once did it fall. I went back to them and they said they word replace it cause I caused it. I probably sat on it. This is supposed to be a very tough phone but they probably didn't supply me with the right screen. They offerd me a R400 discount on another **** screen which I disagreed with. Why should I pay ? They cheat and supplies us with **** products .I will never ever go back to that hole nor recommend them to anyone
