Extremly bad Service

This will be a waist of time to report this, but still necessary for the public to know that Digi Cafe Cape Gate is a ripoff!<br> On Tuesday 15/04/07 i put on two screen protectors on two different phones,Samsung Galaxy Core Prime the one all in order but on the Samsung Neo Smart they use a Samsung S5 screen protector that they cut to size, needles to say, one day later i was back for a new screen protector, because the first one made bubbles. a new screen protector was then supply, again cut to size. It does not fit, so today i went back, because this time the screen protector came off, Justin was present and the situation was explained to him, now he will put on a new screen protector for R30-00. He explain that the screen protector came of because i carry the phone in my pocket. The fact is the screen protector for the Neo Smart does not fit because it is made for the S5. So why sell a other product to a customer if you know it does not fit the phone. Justin made the customer look bad, does not have any understanding, is rude with a never mind attitude. At least his employees laugh at him. No more support to electronics of Justin and kie! No customer service !!!
