Defective goods

I bought a spy watch and they said I must charge it first. After charging it the clock on the watch didn't work. Everything else worked but the clock. I took it back and they checked another of the shelf and whoa la.... the same... I asked for my money back and they said no they cannot I must pick something else in the store for the amount.....really I only wanted to buy the spy watch. After the manager spoke to the owner over the phone they said they cannot do anything about the watch I must take it to a watch shop to get the battery replaced......<br> I bought this from them now I must spend more money with someone else to get the clock working.....This was not cheap R1500-00...Is this how the customer gets bul****????? I will definitely not recommend this shop to anyone.
