Bad ass attitude should be shipped back to China

Took my phone into that branch and was told repair would take 4 days and was only sorted out on day 8,<br> Then told I could not get my phone as I did not have the white invoice copy with me, told her if I had not been forced to wait longer than originally quoted I would have still had the paper and not mislaid it. Not like they need to prove who I am, however their policy states I must present ID to collect it without the paper being present. I argue that fact as well as I am the one who brought the phone in so they know damn well who I am. The chinese ***** needs to be shipped back to China as she does not know how to do business in SA and how to treat people with respect and give them what they need.<br> Sent long e-mail to owner Justin but obviously does not give a damn as no word from him either.<br> <br> Beware they quote one thing and do the totally opposite and they do not keep their clients up dated or informed and as testament to the other complaint about the same branch that female need to get her ass kicked, but if that is daddies little girl i somehow do not seeing that happen.
