Cracked Engine Block

I bought a engine block from this business, which is not registred, on the 3rd of June 2015. Mr Abrahams gave me the assurance that this block was pressure tested by a engineering firm and it is in a 100% condition ready to use. I took his word and paid this business R12500 and took the block to a engineering firm just to make sure that it is 100%. It came out that this block is s**** metal quality and unrepairable. I phoned Mr Abrahams on the 9th of June and told him that I want my money back. He **** to me. He makes all sorts of promises about another block that he can gets. He **** again, because this was the same block that I sent back that he was busy repairing. After that he do not answer my calls most of the times or respond to my whatsupps. I am still waiting for my money. I will see him in the small claims court.
