Unhappy and out of pocket

It’s over 3wks and I can’t get my online order picked up or refunded I’ve sent over 50 emails And almost 10k out of pocket and they just have the worst customer service and this should be taken up with South African consumer council this business needs to be investigated for such pathetic service for such a high end brand
