I am very appalled at the rate the service has deteriorated at your Mall Of Africa store, 2 weeks ago I was assisted by a gentleman named Banele who showed little to no interest in assisting me locate a store with my specific size as it was not available in stock at the time and it had not been the first time I've been subjected to his horrible customer service as he previously gave me a hassle in exchanging an Item I had recently purchased without a reciept present. Customer retention seems not be a thing at Diesel, GET YOUR ACT RIGHT! Regards.
