poor service

I purchased a takkie 2 months ago after a few weeks I went back and told the sales lady that the black leather on the shoes is marking the white front of both the of the feet she advised me to bring it inn.i went in to the store twice but she was off sick the manager then told me to bring the shoe back in the box and they will take it up with supplier.Today I went inn and the sales lady was their when we approached the manager he said he need the receipt as well I told him this is the 4th time i am coming in and only now he is asking 4 a receipt.i told him that the sales lady is verifying that I bought the shoe their and that I have purchased other goods before from the store.He then said with out receipt he can't do anything and that I should bring my bank statement and show him the transaction. i think that seeing your product still in a diesel box being the only diesel store in kzn and the sales lady telling you i purchased it in your store that the manager would be more understanding to the customer.i told the manager that I was not prepared to go to the bank and get a statement to prove that I purchased the diesel takkie in his store.its very up setting to go to a designer store and purchase top end clothes yet when you have a problem they need to verify is that is the goods you bought in their store. i won't be purchasing diesel products again just for the record I purchase lots of diesel product in woodmead value center diesel store and in the ambiance mall in new Delhi diesel store.Diesel have lost a customer for life and I will be sure to tell all my friends and family not to purchase diesel as well.
