poor quality with diesel watches

i bought a diesel watch in may 2014 at GOLD CITY JEWELLERY SHOP in hemingways mall, which cost me R4800. then it stopped working in January 2016.i thought it was a battery, it still didn't work with a new battery. it was still under warranty of 24 months. it went for a repair apparently in diesel warehouse, it took more than a month before I could receive my watch. on de day of collection I was told it is not fixed properly as one of the indicators is loose. they took it for repair again. I only had it for two weeks and it stopped working and de bar was loose again. sent it to the shop was told they will take it back for repair again n they refuse to replace it. im really disappointed with the shop n the label.
