Pathetic service

i bought items online on black friday 29/11/2019 up until today i did not receive my refund. Their courier lost my parcel & they don't bother to even call a me to let them know that the item is lost they just keep your money. i have been phoning and sending my bank statement because according to them they need your bank statement to do a refund.i sent the bank statement numerous times. cant believe the pathetic service they offer from such an expensive brand.i just want to warn everybody about diesel sa they **** people
