No after sales support

Good day

A few weeks ago I accidentally cracked the glass casing of my Diesel watch. Understandably, and due to my own physical neglect, I knew that there would be definite cost in having my watch repaired. But for the past few weeks I have not been able to have it repaired by ANY of the Diesel/Fossil outlets nor any other retail stockists thereof.

I know and understand that these outlets cannot repair the watch in store, but none of these stores are able to give me an estimated cost or a reasonable turnaround time for the repair. Some of these guys claim that it has to go to Cape Town and can take anything from 6 - 8 weeks. I personally feel that this is utterly ridiculous and that just for a simple glass casing?

I would really appreciate it if someone could provide me with some clarity on the repair process and estimated cost. I am certainly not going to wait for 2 months and then get an outrageous quote that is beyond the economical repair value of the actual watch.

Your prompt assistance and/or advice is much appreciated.

Regards,
Turaan
