Incorrect advertising

Hi, on the 2/12/2019 purchased a pair of shoes from diesel online shop and on the website it did not indicate that shoes are ladies shoes so the size were actually ladies sizes. On the 4th December 2019 i called in and spoke to Mr Adrian louw at call center and was advised that he will check on website to see if it does indicate whether it is women shoes. Mr louw got back to me and said he noticed that is does not indicate and he will speak to the head department regarding a refund and i should send pictures. I called in again on the 6th December 2019 and was advised that consultant Mr louw is lunch break and will contact me. Ever since that day i never received feedback. Poor customer service
