Failure to provide feedback

about Weeks ago i went to diesel menlyn to buy a vest only to find that i don't have a size, i asked the consultant to check for me in sandton and contact me if they have it or not..i still didn't receive any feedback,. on Saturday i went to the store to follow up the and she informed it hadn't arrived as yet, as a client i was expecting them to keep me posted just in case i had to make an alternative,when i asked her why i wasn't informed she gave me attitude and said\call you for what cause it hasn't't arrived"but i clearly asked to be contacted whether it arrived or not. the manner this was handled was unprofessional"
