Diesel online store is robbing me my money
I bought a sneaker on Diesel online and they delivered a size that is way bigger than what I ordered, I asked for exchange and they said they don't do exchange they collected the sneaker and asked me to send an email with a document containing my banking details, since beginning of May I have been waiting for them to refund me and they haven't. It is hard to get them on the phone, I tried communicating with them through email and the person assisting me said they paid me long time ago. Can I just find out where to collect my money. July will be the 3rd month now and I am still waiting.

The amount of money Ive spent on airtime calling them is almost approaching the refund amount I am fighting for. I just want my money and that's it. My number is ***, can anyone assist I want my money back.
