POOR POOR SERVICE FROM DIESEL PRO

It is sad to post my story on Hello Peter of a raw deal that I got with this firm. The first few services that I got from this firm was good with the mechanic that was appointed then, but the last mechanic was a very bad experience. It started when I installed a new turbo on my car and took it to this firm to be calibrated, serviced and recon of the injectors. When I got the car back it was not even slightly better as what I left it there. I took it back for re calibration. After the second calibration of the turbo there was still no improvement. I told the mechanic that I was still not satisfied with the the car's performance. He only had the attitude that I do not know what I am talking about and have a bad attitude of the worked was perfectly done. When I returned home, I inspected the car and notice that my car's belly plate was not fitted back. I phoned them and after an arrangement and six months later, I got an old belly plate full of scratches and holes in it. The cost of this services amounts to R15 982,87. I saved some money and I took it to a Volkswagen specialist. I informed him that it is a new turbo fitted and calibrated, but is not performing as I am used to. When they inspected the car, they informed me that it is an old turbo fitted and not a new one. He informed me that the fitted turbo on my car was old and it was already worked on and faulty (stuck). I phoned the owner of this company and inform him that the turbo that was fitted before they worked on the car, is not the same one, it was swapped and an old one was fitted to my car. He informed me he could not take responsibility of his employees actions, if they installed an old turbo to my car, while employed by him. I asked him politely how are we going to solve this situation. His words was do what u want and see if you gain any thing to take this further. The invoice of this firm have a RMI stamp on it. I phoned them. They confirmed that Diesel Pro is not a member of RMI since 2012. My conclusion is, that if the parts of my car was ****** from it, I doubt if the injectors was done nor my car serviced as requested and charged. Not even the air filter was changed and the diesel filter had white rust on the casing. I paid for a power run and Dino. When I requested a printout, I was told that the machine was broken. Every firm must be responsible for the employees working there, even if you fired them after the incident. I got all the evidence of the new turbo that I fitted before taking it to them, and the one that was installed after they worked on the car.
