BILLED FOR TURBO NOT FIXED

My son in law took his car to Diesel-Pro Krugersdorp for them to test and fix the Turbo on his vehicle. They contacted him and said that the turbo is faulty and that he should take it back to the people he baught it from, which he did. There was in fact an issue where the software went *******, and he had to pay R650 for it to be corrected. He took it back to Diesel-Pro (Pty) Ltd Krugersdorp where they phoned him back two days later and said the turbo is still faulty. When he asked them why don't they fix it, they said they can't fix it, and that it has to go to a Auto Electrician, and that they don't have one on site. He went to fetch the Turbo, and had to pay R3588.00 for something they didn't fix. Hence on the invoice it says "Check and repair Turbo" and he was charged R1530.00 (***. They didn't fix it, how can they state that they fixed it, AND charge him for it. You can contact my son in law Ernest @ *** for the full story.
