Cannot even say bad service because it was not even that

I am utterly disgusted with the so-called service I received from George and Katta, I took my VW Jetta 1.6tdi injectors to be 're-furbished' by them, when I took the injectors in on the 15th of May the office ladies told me I would have them back by the next Tuesday 23/5/2023, this however did not happen. I had to send messages left right and center to find out when I would get my injectors back. After no luck in getting any information from either George or their offices in Benoni I went on google to try and find out where the workshop is. I eventually located where the injectors were and started communicating with the workshop STILL no date was given when I will get my injectors back. After threatening to take my business elsewhere magically the same day the guy who 'worked' on my injectors phoned me and told me I can have them the next morning. I received the injectors 1/6/2023. We immediately took them to Euro Diesel where my car was standing so that it could be put back and I could finally have my car again. the mechanic immediately informed us that those injectors were not fixed (keep in mind Diesel Injector Services did not supply me with a report of tests done on my injectors to show that they were fixed) I also informed George what had happened, he phoned and told us that we could take my car into the workshop in Honeydew so that they can assist, We got there this morning NO ONE KNEW WE WERE COMMING! Katta assisted us and Sid one of the guys will have a look. They opened my diesel filter and very conveniently told me that their warranty does not cover dirty diesel they did not touch the injectors nor did he even offer a solution. 1st of all my Diesel were not dirty it had diesel cure in it is not just Diesel, 2nd if you were so sure your injectors were fixed properly WHY did you not take them out and prove me wrong??? He just said no injector can handle dirty diesel! I am so sorry if my diesel was a problem Euro Diesel would have picked it up! and how good of a job did you do if your injectors could not even handle a normal start of the vehicle???? those injectors were put back yesterday after they were tested when the mechanic realised that they were indeed not fixed and actually polished. Photos were taken and they will be sent to the legal representative, Fnb legal also advised me to have a second opinion on if the injectors were refurbished or just polished! and I will take this matter further I paid R8685 for what???? to one your pockets??? Not going to happen! We took a chance this morning with the car to go to the workshop in the hope that you will atleast try and rectify your mistake instead you shifted the blame when you very well knew your staff did not do what they were supposed to do!
