Injector seals that destroyed my engine internals

Brand new PD injector seals I replaced that I bought from here have failed and caused catastrophic engine failure due to diesel flooding my engine oil and thinning it. They lasted less then 40kms. Their claims process is a waste of time and will leave me with no feedback and I know for a fact they going to make every excuse to not warrant what's happened. What's happened is an undeniable part failure and any mechanic or technician will agree to this statement I make. I am not interested in a long term process I'll have to undergo to get any sort of help. I want to be contacted by the head office or the owner personally to discuss this further any one else I won't give the time of day to.
