Customer spending Small amounts not a Priority

Called Parow branch on 1st Oct, and spoke to Neville. The tool i needed he did not have. and his warehouse did not have too. he did have 4 on back order. he said he will call his Supplier and see if he can organize it and get back to me... I never received a callback. I called today, 4th to find out whats happening... Neville said he needs to check if it came... Then he said it did not come and will only be here next monday... I asked him if he ddnt order it for me and he said he did. He also told him he will put in a special order for me but i must say if im going to take it... This "Special" order was supposed to be done Monday dude... i cant wait another few days. I have customers too. Poor service for first time experience
