Generator repairs or the lack thereof!!

We asked Diesel Electric Services to come out and check our Generator which wasn't working optimally. Not only did the engineers mess us around in terms of arrival time but the arrived stood around discussing poking and prodding at our generator and then said they had an emergency and had to leave and come back later. When they did come back later they spent a number of hours here, still poking and prodding, clearly indicating that they didn't have a cooking clue, how to fix this machine, cause they were phoning around for advice and information. This clearly highlighted that these 2 engineers didn't have an ounce of experience and I would imagine were here to waste time and our money. We then escalated our concerns to the representative that we were dealing with only to have that fall on deaf ears after advising that she would raise it with management and come back to us. That also fell on deaf ears cause all we kept on getting was an invoice to say we must pay for "what exactly" I don't know!!! These 2 staff members wasted both our time and there's!!!!! Even after having now paid for nothing, as the generator still does not work R3000.00 odd rand later we have once again raised our concerns, we'll see where that goes. I know for a fact this company supports and deals with numerous generators across SA for very large organizations an if this is the very best this company has to offer then it's an absolute complete and utter disgrace, SHOCKING, if someone asked me for a reference I can tell you I would discourage anyone and everyone from using them. We have paid the money, for what still is still a broken generator. SHOCKING Diesel Electric, you can be well ashamed of your service offering!!!!
