Unhappy service

We at the public swimmig pool and we are being chased away they there is a private event which is a funeral opposit the pool and there adults with alcohol which is not even accepted now the kids faint swim cause aldutls have a private session at a public place very unhappy with jean geluk is the manager apparently he took 500 and rented out the private session please help
