No care for customers and arrogant with no manners.

Went to Ysterbees on Saterday to eat our breakfast like we do every Saturday. My mother struggles to go up the stairs because of her Diabetics and her feet, but still she goes. We came up the stairs, 2 people at the counter, could not even greet properly, but that is not the concern, no one to receive us, so we went to our table where we usually sit for the last 3 years, no one comes to our table to serve us. After a while I stood up and asked the 2 people at the counter if anyone is going to serve us where this arrogant young man says that we are impatient and can wait. What arrogance!!! No one said to us that they acknowledge us and that they will be with us shortly, so how long will we wait? No communication, just the arrogant reply. Do not go there, they do not value customers and definitely not a customer that supported them for a long time. Staff turn over is huge and these youngsters have no manners at all. The manager could not even bother to come back to us. DO NOT GO THERE.
