Terrible products, worse service!

I ordered 2 pairs of vellies from this company. Both are a disaster. The first pair was advertised as leather and they are not leather. They admitted when I called, that they are made of bonded leather which is faux leather. The description on the website definitely says leather so they are misrepresenting the products that they sell. The second pair is made so badly. It has glue marks on it and look like they were made by an inexperienced 3 year old. The biggest problem is that they promised to get back to me and have not done so. They are ignoring my mails and calls. Not only are the products bad, the customer service is worse.
