Misrepresentation

<p>We booked accommodation at Die Seeumeeue, Vermont through Safari Now.com. We requested 'pet friendly' accommodation which De Seeumeeue claims to be. However, on arrival their is no front gate to the premises, the accommodation is upstairs with no outside access to the garden. There is a closed off area downstairs but the fencing is broken in many places and the owner put garden chairs/surfboard to try and close off the holes in the fence. This accommodation apparently is 3.5 star rating which I suggest is incorrect. The photos of the accommodation were taken many years ago and are not up to date. We fortunately found other fabulous accommodation in Herm**** the following day. However we were penalised 50% of our accommodation plus the commission for safarinow.com. I do not believe that the accommodation has been rated by the guesthouse board in a long time.</p>
