Over rated and over charged rates

The place was over rated for the price, the room we were offered 1st thing you when you open the room door is the toilet with no door, no privacy were you also have a bed in the same room with the open plan toilet, the room is very noisy from the highway where traffic is busy all night and there's a notice next to the windows that keep them closed they are sound proof which was a lie. Same floor with 5 bedrooms, one lounge, one TV and no TV in the bedroom, dirty lounge couches, small kitchen where all 5 rooms residents are supposed to utilize and share the one lounge space and one TV, hot water is lukewarm and alternating with cold water when you are busy with your shower in room 4 where there's a toilet with no door and privacy .
