The ces*****l

This place is pure toxicity. And as Sylvia stated that they park at the back building to break COVID-19 laws drink themselves drunk. And then go drink and driving is just shocking.

That entire block on Hekla road is turning into a ces*****l. The Chuch, the wholesales store, and the INGWE Embroidery place. (And die meelvloer pub on weekends) One day I was driving there and there were 3 trucks and the forklift piling up the road.

How is that legal in a residential area?!
