Ignoring your own refund process is theft

Booked for Prime Circle. Show was cancelled and we were provided forms to fill out for a refund. Have been asked to do this twice since 07 June 2024 and have comp**** immediately both times. Still no word on the refund and no response. Basically this is called theft
