Brandy and coke out of stock

Had a very disappointing experience at Die Kantoor Capital Park. I booked tables 3 weeks ago for my boyfriends 30th birthday party that was on the 12th of Oct at 17:30, when we got there with some of our guests the tables was not even moved together or anything. Eventually the tables was moved together and we ordered drinks, my boyfriend ordered their Brandy and coke special bucket which the waiter rep**** with that they are out of stock? I ordered a normal coke with ice as it was very very hot, again they were out of stock with coke aswell. The pool table is constantly out of order or the pool sticks are broken.

By the time we wanted to pay and leave the bill was wrong aswell, some of the other guests things was on our bill.
