Truly unhappy with the lack of thorough assistance from the owner and manager.My phone was ****** during a function at the venue as they allow the public to walk through our area.I had to ask the manager three times to look at the staff clothing/storage/the whole restaurant for my phone while she stood talking to other people. More than an hour later they searched the general areas: main waiter,lockers and his car. I expected them to search the entire restaurant as someone could have hidden it anywhere but they refused to do that.Then the owner told me that I probably left the phone somewhere as his people will never do this.Even when I tried to explain that anyone could be responsible he raised his voice at me and got annoyed. He didn't want to hurt his staff feelings!Although I can respect that this was theft and I expected them to help me. When my husband suggested we call to police to assist he refused to let them onto his property. This is strange,unprofessional and rude.I expected assistance during a stressful experience especially since this phone was worth 12k. This venue in my opinion is thus not safe, I will not be going back and you should think twice about going there.
