Food poisoning

Please never make use of this restaurant ever for the sake of your life and those you go with. It took the meal almost 2 hours and that was after asking them 4 times for the meal (1 pork ribs and 1 plate of chips with toast). When I started to eat the meal it was very pink so we shone a phone torch on it but thought it was the basting however trying to cut the second rib it was almost impossible it took two of us. Once I bit into it was still frozen. I called the manager over who grabbed the plate and said all was free. I myself said no its a mistake we don't mind paying for the drinks please as that bill was way more than than food bill as only two meals were ordered. That evening I awoke to heart palpitations, sweating ,vomiting and Diarrhea. It was so bad my friends asked if they should call the doctor. We tried to stop at the Die Eike on the way out only to find the place closed. I sent a long mail, witch they rep**** that the plate was empty when the manager took it, it was brought to the managers attention as she stood at the table that the potato salad and raw chips were moved over onto a side plate (it was moved because it was raw and tasted horrible )witch she also took with her. The mail also said I should rather get legal advise and made out that I was lying and should have called the doctor.

Its appalling that any restaurant at any time could be so careless and have such a terrible attitude towards the patrons. Please note I take meds to keep my heart rate down already so they should keeps all these facts in mind when openly serving off raw food and as specially pork. Word of mouth is a powerful thing. Just last week I wrote a glowing review for a restaurant I went too. Please whom ever reads this let your friends and family know about this as its an attraction for those that stay at the resort/spa next door. I will be posting this on all social media platforms.
