Bad service

Wow. Mothersday. We booked on Wednesday 1 May 2024. We arrived today at 12h10. They could not find our booked table. After about 20 minutes we got a table. After 10 minutes we got the table clean and got our order in for the drinks. After 13h00 we got hold of the waiter for another round of drinks and placed our order. Our waiter never came to see us but we managed to attract his attention by waving. At 14h00 we got hold of him again and insisted on seeing the manager as our food was not yet ready and my husband needed to eat. The manager told us we would have our order in 5 minutes but at 14h15 we left as our order was not ready yet. My husband's sugar dropped do much that he started going into hypoglycemic shock and nearly collapsed. We had to carry him in and get him food in urgently. Needless to say we will not go back yo them again.
