Terrible experience at getting my prescription transferred.

I contacted this pharmacy 3 times over 3 days to get my prescription emailed to another pharmacy. Each time I was made to repeat my request to a new person and each time I was ensured that they would cc me in the email. 3 times they failed. On the fourth time I was told that they had got my email wrong, icloud.co.za not icloud.com; the former does not exist... Incredibly frustrated by this experience, each person was worryingly *********** as they failed to follow up with me after hanging up the phone. Frankly I find this ********* in their blatant disregard for my predicament.
