Rude customer care

Absolutely bad service and customer care. I didn't even get to enquire. I called the reception and I got directed to the Shooting Range department. A man answered and started shouting at me "what do you want" as I couldn't hear him and I explained and he rep**** rudely. I immediately hung up. I can't believe there's still people like this, all he heard was my voice and decided and the treatment I deserved. I would not suggest going there as a black person.
