Responce on complaint

I had a problem with an airgun I purchased from them. At first I were very apprehensive that they keep family hours, making it difficult to resolve the problem, however, family is important and the company clearly cares about their employees and their families.<br> <br> The matter was resolved professionally and with great care. I didn't feel like a customer walking out, I felt like a friend.
