Unhappy customer

Gosh iam so upset with Didi twice in 1 week that I booked with them as th driver is driving the amount goes up 2nite I booked I had 2 stops my total was R20 which I did enter both stops in then when th driver arrived th total went up to R26 something then I got to my 1st stop th total went frm R26 to R36 as the driver was driving to my 2nd stop th total is going up when I got out my total was almost R42 same thing happened to me 2 nites ago and am not happy so I don't think I will use Didi again y do they give a option for more then 2 stops and then give a amount but when a person get out its way way more.sies
