Hi I have written to them via email before and the excuses they have are too much.

I have never in my time of using driving companies come across a more despicable company.

Today, like many times before, again after I've complained many times when I booked the trip it quoted me R21 and I took it because it was cheaper than the competition price. At the end of the trip the driver tells me that I must pay R25. It was a straight trip, no wait time, no traffic. I'm going to delete this app now and will tell everyone I know to do the same.

I had a few incidents before as well where the app gives me an amount for the trip and then I'm slapped with a fee for sometimes a few rand more and sometimes double the price I was quoted.

Disgusting is not even a word that comes to mind.
