******* and lack of communication mode

On the 16th Of Sept 2021 I booked a ride using Didi App, and when I arrived at my destination I realised that I forgot my phone in the Car blue Ncube corolla (Reg: DM03WT GP). As you would kniw I could contact the driver. Tried caliing my phone multiple time it's not answered.

I fail to understand how I'd struggle to get hold of a driver through the app please assist ASAP!!!!!
