****MED BY DRIVER. No assistance at all after driver completed a ride without me, the ONLY passenger.

The driver only waited for 3 minutes, didn't cancel the trip and then went to the destination without me. I was charged through my card and they refuse to give me a refund after I emailed them more than 10 times. They are not even looking into it, just denying it and then ignoring me. DO NOT USE THIS APP, you will get ****MED.

I had to request an Uber shortly afterwards.

The way that this business protects their drivers without even investigating is very sketchy. I am a girl and I was using my boyfriends account. Who knows what their drivers feel that they can get away with if this is how DiDi handles matters.

DO NOT LINK YOUR BANK CARD TO THIS APP BECAUSE YOU WILL GET ******!!!
