**** prices from Didi

This didi app is a ****. I used it twice and never again. I requested a ride from khayelitsha to Bongweni it was R40 something, I didn't even get to my destination because the person I was going to got me halt way but I was charged R70 I was not even half way my destination. I emailed them no response. Saturday I requested a ride to Gugulethu it was R90 something when I got to my destination it was R126. I emailed them again they told me the ride was calculated correctly. I emailed back asking why does the price change when I get to the destination, no response still but my money is gone. I still want to know what changes the price when you get to the destination what if someone has the exact amount?
