Missing phone

On the 07/10/2021 my husband requested a ride ,after the completion he remembered he forgot his phone.We tried to contact support and were given a temp number to call the driver which he didn't answer and the number now says unavailable, my husband's phone rang until evening and was then switched off.I send emails and was told I can't because it's not my profile my husband has been sending emails and no response.This app is a major safety issue if you can't get hold of a driver or get help from support.
