LEFT MY PERSONAL DETAILS INSIDE DIDI CAR RIDE AND DRIVERS CONTACTS ARE NOT GOING THROUGH. CONTACTS ON THE APP ARE NOT GOING THROUGH

This morning I took DIDI and the trip ended at 10:07 and forgot my card holder with my smart ID in it .I logged a complaint via DIDI rider email address. They requested my email address and cell number. They have not come back to me .drivers contacts on the app are incorrect, they took me to voice mail. EVEN NOW NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME .I HAVE DEALT WITH UBER ,YOU LEAVE SOMETHING BEHIND BY MISTAKE THE DRIVER WILL XOME DROP IT BEFORE END OF DAY.I HAD TO BLOCK MY CARDS .I AM ONLY WORRIED ABOUT MY SMART CARD ID .
