Lame App

The worst ever!!!! cheap don't necessarily mean quality, the app always has driver's stating they arrived when they haven't just to charge you extra and have no remorse whatsoever as I tried to correct this by telling support I was at the pick up point but the driver wasn't and that I asked the driver and he stated that the app didn't even notify him of the exact location I was at. How?????? Because I stated my pick up location n the app had my location too.. I get that the app is still new and all that but shat ticks me off is the arrogance it has that time zero perfection n they try a find their own feet. Down with Didi for me.
