Incorrect Charge

On Sunday 1st of August 2021. I booked a ride choosing the Express option. When checking the price it was R87 before booking, when I got to my destination I was charged R255. I checked the kilometers I was charged for and it was 27,4kms but on Google maps it shows 11kms the distance of the trip. So why was I charged an additional 16kms?
