I left my phone on the charger I did not get help.

On the 5th of August I took a ride with Didi, unfortunately my phone went off and the driver offered me a charger to charge my phone. But when I got off I just recognized that I left my phone on the charger. I contacted the customer service but they gave me the temporary numbers to contact the driver and I couldn't get through to all the numbers they provided me, when I'm telling them what is happening they just telling me stories that may be he is driving he can not hear the phone. I Keep on contacting them until they say they will contact the driver by themselves but nothing happed and after they were just quiet until I sent them an email. They responded to my email saying that the have spoken with the driver, unfortunately they were unable to locate my phone.

I really need help on this matter, because this company it seems as if is ******** people and I am not the first one who did not get help from their side.
