Horrible company didi

Last Monday I took the taxi I pressed card payment by accident and also paid the driver cash he even took it where he could have told me I made a mistake now didi keeps on taking money from my a acc I'm left with a minus 300 because of them I sent them the proof of the receipt stoll they deduct I'm not going to use them any more they are pathetic I even had 2 rude drivers in the past I did not complain please people don't use them they are sterling money
