Hi I am so disappointed by Didi app,the drivers cancell the rides and after that I get charged cancellation fee while I am not the one who cancelled

Hi I am so disappointed by Didi app,the drivers cancell the rides and after that I get charged cancellation fee while I am not the one who cancelled.i have tried to lodge a complain with no luck.
