***** ALERT

I requested a trip from Muclenuek to Akeso(acardia) today an hour ago, when I got out the driver left and he wasn't even parked at my flat. I tried to call him I couldn't get through, I noticed that he started the trip without me took the longest trip and my payment method its card payment. That's is so unfair honest that's pure ***** and the fact that he took the longest trip its means he new exactly what he was doing. the sad part I cant even call Didi to repost this incident and the app doesn't have that option.
