False advertsing

I was very impressed with the service and safety measures that are implemented by this company, until recently where upon requesting, firstly the online payment is not active very early in the morning, so they only use cash payments. Secondly, I selected a 50%ride until I reached my destination and was requested to pay the full amount. After laying a complaint later on only to find i had reached my promotional campaign rides. What a major inconvenience and let down because thereafter I had to use another payment method to pay the driver the amount which was short. This needs to be adjusted on the app, very disappointing
